How We Install a Chandelier
- Step 1
Check Weight and Ceiling
We find the slab, joists or support above the false ceiling.
- Step 2
Fit the Support
A rated hook, plate or steel bar is fixed into the structure.

Assemble and Hang
The frame is hung and wired, then crystals are added by hand.

Drop height is adjusted, lights tested and dimmer checked.

The Ceiling Matters More Than the Chandelier
A gypsum ceiling alone will not hold a heavy chandelier for long. We locate the concrete slab and fix into it, or install a steel support across ceiling framing.
Dimmers make chandeliers far more usable. We fit LED-compatible dimmers so the light can be soft for dinner and bright for cleaning.

Prices vary and can change depending on your exact requirements, the materials and access to the property, so the final price is confirmed after we see photos or visit.
Can My Ceiling Hold a Heavy Chandelier?
Concrete slabs can hold heavy chandeliers with the right anchors. Gypsum false ceilings cannot carry weight on their own, so we fix through to the slab above or add a steel support.
Can You Work on Double-Height Ceilings?
Yes. We use mobile scaffold towers for double-height villa halls and staircases. Very high atrium ceilings may need a powered lift, which we arrange and quote separately.
