Carpet That Stays Flat
Carpet that is not power-stretched ripples within months. A proper stretcher and gripper keep it tight for years.
Carpet tiles are glued with a tackifier that holds them in place but lets them lift for replacement later.
For loose carpet, see carpet re-stretching. For cleaning, see carpet cleaning and maintenance, and for stairs, carpet on stairs.
Power Stretched
Stretched properly so it does not ripple.
Seams
Seams planned away from main walkways.

Carpet and Carpet Tile Installation: FAQs
How Much Does Flooring Installation Cost in Dubai?
Laminate and SPC vinyl installation starts from AED 25 per square metre for labour, and from about AED 70 per square metre supplied and fitted. Levelling and skirting are quoted separately when needed. Prices vary and can change depending on your exact requirements, the materials and access to the property, so the final price is confirmed after we see photos or visit.
How Long Does Flooring Installation Take?
A typical apartment bedroom is fitted in a day. A full two-bedroom apartment usually takes two to three days, plus drying time if the floor needs levelling first.
Do You Cover All Areas of Dubai?
Yes. We work across Dubai, from Dubai Marina, JLT and Palm Jumeirah to Al Barsha, Mirdif, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills and Silicon Oasis.
Can New Flooring Go Over Concrete or Existing Tiles?
Yes, if the surface is flat, sound and dry. Floating laminate and SPC vinyl go straight over tiles with an underlay. Uneven tiles or concrete are levelled first.
