Colour Sealer
A tinted coating that seals and recolours grout in one step. It covers old stains and evens out patchy joints. It is ideal for tired grout that is still sound.
Membrane Sealer
Forms a thin protective film on top of the grout. It gives strong stain protection on kitchen floors. It may need reapplying sooner in wet areas.

Sealing Grout Properly in Dubai Bathrooms and Kitchens
A sealer only works on clean, dry grout. Sealing over dirt locks the stain in, and sealing damp grout traps moisture underneath. That is why every sealing job starts with a deep clean and enough drying time.
We apply the sealer with a fine applicator along each joint, not sprayed across the whole tile, so it goes where it is needed. Excess is wiped from the tile face before it dries. The surface can be used after a few hours, with full protection after 24 hours.
