Match floors
Timber skirting stained to match parquet or doors. It gives a warm, cohesive look. It suits classic interiors.
Clean lines
Skirting painted white or the wall colour. It looks crisp and modern. It suits MDF skirting.
02 / Process
Floors are masked along the skirting line.
Dents and gaps are filled and sanded smooth.
Gaps at the wall are caulked for a clean line.
Stain and lacquer, or paint, is applied neatly.
Finished Edges
Skirting finishes a room when it is crisp and clean.
We fill, caulk and refinish skirting to match.
Fresh skirting makes newly painted walls and refinished floors look complete. Caulking the gap at the wall top gives a sharp line.
Durable enamel or lacquer resists vacuum knocks and mopping better than wall paint.
For new skirting, see woodwork and trim. For doors, see door and trim staining, and for floors, parquet refinishing.

Paint covers the wood with an opaque colour and hides the grain. Stain soaks in and changes the colour while keeping the grain visible. Varnish or lacquer is a clear protective coat on top. Many jobs combine a stain with a varnish or oil.
Matte looks natural and hides marks, satin is a practical middle ground for furniture and doors, and gloss is the most wipeable but shows scratches. Most Dubai homes choose matte or satin.
We stock natural, oak, teak, walnut, mahogany, ebony, grey and white-wash tones from trusted brands, and can mix custom shades. We test samples on your timber before staining.
