Getting the Base Right
Most parquet failures start under the floor. Screeds that are not fully dry or level cause lifting and hollow spots. We measure moisture and level before ordering adhesive or starting to lay.
Engineered parquet is usually the best choice for Dubai apartments because it stays stable with constant air conditioning.

How Can I Restore Old or Damaged Parquet Wooden Flooring in Dubai?
Most parquet can be restored. Loose blocks are re-fixed, damaged ones replaced, then the floor is sanded back to fresh timber, gaps filled and resealed with lacquer or oil. Engineered parquet can usually be sanded a few times depending on its wear layer.
