Common Smart TV and Soundbar Setup Problems We Fix
Soundbar not working with the TV remote. Usually HDMI-CEC is switched off on one of the devices, or the cable is plugged into a standard HDMI port instead of the one marked ARC or eARC. We switch the settings on and move the cable.
Picture looks washed out. Most TVs leave the factory in a bright shop mode. We switch to a cinema or filmmaker mode, turn off motion smoothing if you prefer, and adjust brightness for a sunny Dubai living room.
Buffering on streaming apps. Wall-mounted TVs are often far from the router. We test the Wi-Fi speed at the screen and can suggest a wired connection or a mesh point where it is weak.
Too many remotes. We pair the TV box remote to control TV power and volume, or program a universal remote with one button per activity.
